Commercial Terms for Wholesale & Retail Buyers
These Terms & Conditions govern all transactions between HomeImprovements.in (the Seller) and buyers (wholesale or retail). By placing an order, buyers confirm their acceptance of these terms.

1. Ordering & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)
All orders must comply with the applicable MOQ for the selected product category and brand. MOQs are clearly stated in product listings and formal quotations. Custom MOQ arrangements can be negotiated for ongoing supply relationships.

2. Pricing, Quotations & Payment
All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, freight charges, and handling fees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Quotation validity periods are typically 7 to 15 days. New buyers generally require advance payment or a deposit before order processing.

3. Delivery & Risk Transfer
Goods are dispatched within agreed lead times confirmed at order placement. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon handover to the designated carrier. Delays caused by force majeure events are communicated proactively.

4. Inspection, Claims & Returns
Buyers must inspect all goods upon receipt and report claims within 7 calendar days with photographic evidence and product identification. Remediation options include replacement, credit adjustment, or refund.

5. Limitation of Liability
HomeImprovements.in's liability for any claim is limited to the invoice value of the specifically affected goods. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages except as mandated by applicable law.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
